Julio and company were here much longer than they should have been. Julio had to reset both of our iPhones that are connected to the smart system. For some reason all of the information was lost on my phone and I was locked out. He also reset all of the timing info on my husbands phone ( neither of us are great with technology). He was very patient and super friendly. I told him twice he could leave and he said “NO we are here to help”. I can’t remember someone that has been here for service that said that! What a great young man! They replaced a few sprinklers and changed another one.couldn’t have been better to us!

Unfortunately my sprinkler froze over the winter due to a previous company mistake. I called John's Sprinkler base on a referral from my neighbor. Julio came out to access the situation and informed me of my opinion. He and his partner returned to do the work and did a professional job! They even had had the latest plumbing equipment that allowed them to expedite the job without have to solder the copper. He explained the system to me as well as the work they performed. Very knowledgeable and great communications. Julio thanks to you I will refer John's to anyone I come across need work

It was time for all the valves on our 30+ year-old system to be replaced. Gabe, Victor, and Jose completed this job in a highly professional manner. They fully explained what they needed to do beforehand and provided additional insight on the workings of the valves and how they are the "heart of the system". I learned valuable information from them on how the system works, including suggestions for more efficient water usage. I highly recommend them.
